what break times do u guys use please be detailed cuz their 4 options on the seetings on the client

 

and i dont use none but i need to start but i dont get wich break is what and so on.

 

please help

im dutch and i could figure it out myself o.O 

interval : after .. minutes start breaking

deviation: difference between, like 30 mins break time, 10 deviation makes break time random 20-40
