Explanation:


He added me on Skype and told me he only dealt with bulk bonds. I went on first as he had positive feedbacks and no negative feedback. Paid the money to him and he logged off of Skype and rs07. Cannot be contacted. All the evidence are from skype. I have positive feedback from reputable traders even though i'm new. Can the mod please do something about this? Thanks
