I'm going to be on vacation soon 13th-20th of this month and recently I lost my main so I plan on making another one.

 

Since I don't have gp, I'm willing to pay paypal. I'm a trusted person so I don't need to go first.

 

What I'm planning to get is about 70/80/70 with mm done. with about 60 mage. 70 range with a few quests done.

 

I am paying in paypal, if the account gets any kinds of bans, you are responsible to pay for the bond and you will not receive your payment. Due to delay bans, I would like to wait atleast 2-3 days before login after completion.

 

I am providing the account with a bond on it. You may bot if you'd like, but then you would be responsible for bans. I will not allow leaving it overnight suiciding.

So the best choice would be to do it by hand.
