Everything I listed has already been created and are currently available as free SDN scripts... How hard would it be to just add them as settings?

EXP Gain etc is usually handled by the script, and displayed on the so called "proggie" aka progress report.

Prayer/HP could be usefull, but then again, probably only neccesary in combat scripts, which could easily add support for those themselves.

Ask the script writers to add them to their script. I don't think this should be added to the main client, as we don't want to push too much (useless) features into that..

Just make a library of them and make it public so script writer can use it :D

I like to use the client to actually play the game. I use the EXP counter all the time.
