Thread Link: All his GP buying/selling threads

Explanation: He simply switched his alias and came here, I don't think he should be banned as he hasn't scammed here but I think he should have TWC. He was previously known as 'Horse' on Sythe which he has been banned on

[21:19] <[MM]Dylan> got any 07? i'll buy for 2.5/m
[21:19] <[MM]Dylan> and cover fees
[21:19] <> nty

[15:41] [MM]Dylan is ~Horse@Swift-711072A5.lightspeed.gnbonc.sbcglobal.net * ...

That's his IRC nick and it says in the hostmask Horse, just further proving it's him. (his irl name is Dylan) (this was back when I sold him gold)

I think he deserves TWC considering he's scammed on that site and he is offering buying BULK gold for up to $3.3/m

All of your evidence links are redirecting me to this dispute.

Fixed

From the research I have done it seems he did scam someone over 2 years ago.

He has tried to contact that user and has had no success and within that time has handled a considerable amount of valuables without scamming.

Therefore this is being dismissed.

Thanks.
