I've contacted the user and kindly asked that he leaves you a feedback. If he doesn't, oh well, I'm sorry.

 

I will never personally punish anyone that has a successful transaction, but forgot to leave a feedback. I apologize if this was not the outcome you were looking for, but you have to understand it's just silly to punish a user for not leaving a positive feedback.
