Pretty much says everything in the title, the site is for Selling, VPS,Proxies,Dedi and other stuff, Only looking for the index page so 1 page and a simple testimonials page. 

 

Really looking for some serious GFX artist looking for someone who can also CSS it. 

 

Please show me some of your recent work portfolio etc.

Just saying that 50-150$ might be a bit low amount of payment if you want quality design with functional coding. 

Depending on the complexity level of it, i can do it for that price.
