Reasoning: Offensive / unimagnable verbal harassment

 

as you can see in the picture below of the chatbox, he told me to go kill myself, that is not a laughing matter, and it does sink to reality of the aspect at which real life, people do mass shooting over feeble words like this i'm not offended nor does this effect me at al but suppose its someone thats young/ new to the site / has a history of  depression it would not be pretty and i would like him to be ip banned FOR GOOD, he stated he was banned once as well on the second picture
