whenever im xfering items from one of my accounts i cant see the trade offer on my 2nd account?

i log on a different account and trade the 2nd account and it shows the trade offer

 

im just curious on why this is happening to one of my accounts and yes my trade is on

yah i checked everything thats why i also checked using another account didnt want to make this topic and then realize the trade option was off or on ignore :P

 

i just didnt know if it was because the account had gotten a 2 day recently
