i have noticed that those months jagex detects bots faster i dont know how but first they didnt detect this good

now they detect it realy fast so that makes botting extremely danger i didnt get and bans for years but in 1 week i got banned 3 times 1 perm 2 14 day ones it looks that they detect faster and this makes botting even harder 

You are correct you need to be a lot more careful when botting and choosing breaks etc. As well as what method you should be using.
