Purchased Two of these servers no more then a week ago.

Now I cannot connect to the server and it has been over 72 hours since I have been able to. 

 

I have PM'D you on skype Two times now and I haven't gotten a reply, I'm not going to chase you for answers. I want the service I paid for or a full refund.
