Explanation: He sold me a vps yesterday. I put 18k pure ess / 100 duel rings / 1k logs on it earlier. The account went offline between an hour and half an hour ago. I checked my bots, and noticed it was offline, so I went to check it. 

Account now had 1 log / 1 pure ess / duel ring in bank. He obviously hacked it. The vps was password protected, and only he and I had the pass.

I don't really have another other evidence. Is there a way to check who connected to the vps? This is clearly RIPD's fault. None of my other vpses or accounts have been touched. It's just the one I ran on this vps.

Please include pictures of the conversation between you & RIPD. I have notified the user and he has 24 hours to reply.

Not sure why i have been twc'ed ive already talked to mustard about a possible attack on my personal servers which is highly unlikely but i see no reason for a twc on me i informed him that i was at work and i will resolve the situation when i get home if the server was compromised i told him i would give him the rsgp equivalent to what he lost at set him up a new server no problem. So why twc

Mustard never said he had been talking to you so how do you expect us to know that? Your TWC rank will most likely be removed after this dispute has been resolved.

We hadn't talked until after the dispute was made. Apparently RIPD made a mistake and gave someone else access to the vps as well. That person hacked me. RIPD told me he's going to file a dispute against him and give me another vps. I'll keep you updated Dex

RIPD will also be responsible for the funds taken off your account was well since he shared the VPS password with someone else.

 

Just to confirm, please clarify exactly how many of each item was taken and how much that would be worth in Runescape GP and the staff team will review the case.

Rest assure that I will not let this mistake happen again and I will work as hard as I can to resolve this from being done again, again mustard I am so sorry for the inconvenience this  has cost you.

RIPD has refunded me $3.36 for the items I lost (18k pure essence/100 duel rings/1000 logs) and will provide me with a new vps. As far as I'm concerned that solves the problem for me . Thanks Dex.

The IP that falls under that skype name does not match an OSBot account here.

 

Please let us know when you have refunded the VPS as well. Then we can proceed in closing this dispute.

I am not going to refund the VPS I am just going to change the password to it but if a refund is what mustard wants then I can do that, hopefully he will let me fix the VPS problem with simple changing the password.

Everything is done VPS password changed. Again sorry for the inconvenience so happy I was able to resolve this dispute with swiftness.
