Random Event Issue Caused Random tele/food noted

I believe that there is an issue with the "Certer" random event where "If the player correctly identified the item from three different choices, he or she would be allowed to leave through the exit portal, receiving a Random Event gift on their return to their original location. If not, the player would have their inventory noted and be teleported to a random location instead."

 

I was teleported out from my skilling location twice and had all my inventory noted. I'm not sure if this had happened to anyone else but i believe there's a bug with Certer's random event. If not then it might be a miss-clicked for me from having to set to "Low CPU usage". The Certer random event can be read from here :-  http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Random_events
