Details: He REFUSED to let arctic middleman a trade for about 38m worth of 07 gear and a payment of 20m and is now mad that he got negative feedback for it sure seems like a scam quit attempt to me refusing a global mod as a mm, should be twc.

I also left him negative feedback for this issue and it is 100% worthy of it and now it is removed i dont think so i have put it back where it belongs.

I'm sure a neutral is allowed because I was not satisfied with the user's behavior just because I declined to do his order via MM as i never go first in any cases.

Also the feedback was removed because a negative is unneccesary as there were no trades involved and you were disrespectful and threatened to try to give me twc in the archived dispute.

@Trustmybet is correct. He is free to choose if he wishes to use a MM or not.
