I could easily do rc to 44. Since im new i dont mind going first, and doing it for cheap. Depends on w/e method you prefer. Fastest would be air runes to 14, then fire runes with ring of duelling to 44. Could get this done really quickly by this method. But it is a bit more costly since u need to buy the ROD's.


 


I wouldnt mind doing any other method you have in mind either.
