I know you're fairly trusted, but you're TOS don't make sense as far as the "if it gets banned during our service, you won't get a refund." Picture this:

 

You: Oh sorry, the account was banned during our service *shows picture of random banned status*

Me: So I'm completely screwed since there is no way I'm able to prove that you didn't just make that up?

This TOS is very similar to others across the site and this one rule happens to be in almost all other services as well.
