Donation question (stacking)?

Lets say I donate $5, and another 20 later on, and so on. Eventually, if I hit $100+ will I get the Donor PiP and such automatically? or does it have to be in one go?

I think that way was phased out a long time again.

You'd be better off saving it up and then buying in one go.
