I think some of the service owners would be a bit questionable if you've been banned for OSRS because if you haven't use any VPS/proxies, your IP might be flagged and that might be a problem for joining as a worker. 

(You should edit your post if you've used VPS/VPN/proxy when you got banned and not your home IP, or if you are willing to use one of above during your services)
