i assume this is something LoL related. I have no idea but I agree .

It's just stupid because it heals more than barrier shields, plus removes any healing debuffs, plus gives you movement speed, plus heals another person more than barrier shields.

 

Like.

 

Did they even look at this from a practical standpoint?
