I have been given the recovery information and will wait for jagex to reply. I feel they have been helpful enough and that it was just a huge mis understanding.

I have removed ReaLife's TWC in the mean time as @Nike was the one who sold it via PlayerAuctions.

The account has been returned to the rightful owner. Seems someone must of hacked his PC or something and took control of the account and the multiple IP's on it got it locked. I've been told that whoever stole it in the first place has taken the items from it.
