so  after my 2 accounts logged out i noticed it said error connecting to server then it said accounts already logged in........ wtf

that is such a relief its been 30 minute since my 2 accs have been "logged in"

same here. Very weird. what scripts do you use?

its not a scripts/osbot bug !

Make sure that random.dat is read only, and that all your accounts are in different worlds in addition to being on different IP's.

This is an issue with Jagex though, nothing to do with you.
