Prevent Ban

Featured Replies

Greetings!

I've only got 1 account, and that account has 1 year membership and that is also the account that I am botting on obviously since I only got 1 account.

I need help and recommendations on how I am suppose to prevent that account from getting banned. I want to be as safe as possible becuase a ban on that account would've been sad, really sad.

So, what I am doing is I bot WC & Fishing with atm break settings of: Averagle interval: 81 minutes, Interval deviation: 16 minutes, Average break time: 21 minutes, Break time deviation: 15 minutes

What should I do, what should I change in order to prevent the account from getting banned?
Appreciate all tips I can get, ty.

Edit: I'm botting everyday approximately 10 hours, I never bot when I am in school. So its during the night and evening primarily.

I'm pretty sure WC and Fishing are SUPER high bans due to them being the easiest to gold farm on with their consistent money

Your breaks seem good, if you REALLY don't wanna get banned, I suggest every so often maybe do a quest or just talk or something like that

start with not botting wc or fish, high ban rate. and writing in a CC whenever u can helps alot. and btw break more

don't bot anything you can earn money with.

change the skills you bot every few hours.

Will only bot wc/fish therefor I need tips regarding them, however what break settings do you recommend then?

Babysitting your bot is the best way.

1. Reply to other players when they ask questions. Join a clan chat, start conversations once in a while.

2. Do something else after you did something for several hours (quests, different bot)

3. Apparently the Prison Pete random is bugged right now so if you get stuck in there you'll probably get banned/flagged to be banned later.

4. Babysitting takes patience - but it's the price to pay for never getting banned. And it is totally worth the effort.

This is the mistake I did with my other account. I always found it wandering, standing at some place, stuck in random almost every time I woke up... then one day got perm ban :D

Yeah you're going to get banned botting fishing and woodcutting. Best way to prevent a botting ban is to...don't bot.

"you're going to get banned"

That disturbs me alot, is it really 100% sure that botting fishing combined with wc will get me banned?

A lot of nerds do fishing and wc 10 hours a day how come there is no way to prevent that from happening? There has to be a way. You are going to get banned.. how can you be so sure?

Isn't there a lot of people who has botted for years and never got caught?

I suggest three hour sessions with either 30,45, or 60 minute breaks in between. Realistically, no one plays for an hour and a half and takes ~30 minute breaks. That's my set up and I haven't been banned from cutting yews.

What about the deviation?

Does someone think changing your IP once a day will prevent me from getting banned? I dont know why it should it just feels like it could help, any ideas anyone?

I think that jagex really dislikes goldfarmers , if you won't goldfarm a lot on ur acc, interact a little and do a quests once in a while you'll probably be just fine

Changing your ip and playing on the same account with a different ip may be risky because the ip of the account keeps on changing. I'm not sure though. Idk what deviation is so i set to 10 lol

Heh ok well, deviation is the measure of how spread out dispersed the break time will be, proportionately to your default break time. In other words, if the break time is at 30 minutes average then the deviation will make sure that the break time wont accure on the exact same time every single time and spread out plus minus 10 minutes, e.g somewhere between 20-30 minutes and 30-40 minutes.

Been botting for the couple months. In the beginning I was letting my bot run for about 20+ hours non-stop. Only got put in the the 386 worlds. All luck. Just use breaks.
