Hey guys,

 

I've been assigned a school project which is very important to me, but somehow I have no idea how to start coding it.

I've made a couple of small programs in Perl, but this time i'm stuck

 

It's written in dutch and I would be very happy if anyone (dutch or english) would like to help me out here, because it's very important for the continuation of my study.
