They could be, there is always a chance they aren't though.

Same goes for people with high feedback and paid ranks/staff ranks.

I don't fully understand what you're saying 

 

If a person has 100+ Feedback/$100, they are USUALLY very trustworthy, it doesn't really matter how old the thread is, as long as they are still doing said serivce
