Bot stuck after random

So starting today, while running iwarrior and also andes fighter, my client has gotten stuck after completing a random. It thinks the random is still happening and dosent let the script continue, if i stop the script then restart it it goes right back to trying to solve a random thats not there. 

Any ideas?
