Explanation: He pmed me in the chat box asking if I would loan him a bond. He said he would pay me back in full in 2 days once his main account got unbanned. I lent him the bond and he has been missing in action ever since.

I've contacted @Kate Upton and requested that they post here / refund within 24 hours.

 

He / she hasn't been online since March 26th, but I will give them a fair opportunity to respond within the standard time frame.
