How do you change your RS3 name only? And how do you remove jagex cache? Is that what you are doing and have success?

Don't bother creating level 3s and grinding woodcutting/fishing/mining and such. You will get banned within 24 hours. I recommending leveling up and getting at least 1 quest point.

there are legit people that do 1 stat 0 quest

I keep reading posts about using proxys/vps to lower chances of being banned and such. Can someone simply explain how a proxy/vps is used? I did some quick googling but all I'm seeing are the prices that these companies are selling them at and I have no understanding of how they would be used. For example - I pay for a proxy/vps service and now I can bot with no worries? Do I have to do some type of set up everytime I'm going to bot? So lost >.<

Edit: Also, when creating new accounts for goldfarming, how do you deal with the new email requirement each time? Do you just quickly make an email on yahoo or something? I'd imagine it would be convenient if there was a service that allowed you to quickly make an email for the purpose of a (probably) temporary goldfarmer (assuming they get banned pretty fast).
