I would go with an off-gray. Think it would complement the white on the light blue side (basically light and dark) 

 

Essentially to the good and bad, which comes with everything in life sort of symbolic

I like it, OSBot should definetly consider using this banner ;)

After I make some usergroup icons I might throw one up.
