No doubt they're botting. It's nearly impossible to get that much exp in a day.

 

exactly, and how they sustain this unhealthy amount of time online for long periods of time is even more evidence.

Edit for on point. That person is doing thieving right now right? It is possible at 99 to get 200-240k exp an hour. Saying that they are getting 230k exp an hour they would have to do 30 hours a day (not possible) but if they doubled up on something while doing this.. What is a mobile way to gain thieve exp?

They have no life dude, they just sit in their mum's basement playing RuneScape.

 

I doubt they can do that, as a matter of fact they'd drop dead after playing so many hours will little sleep lol. And those dangerous amounts of hours awake are the only way they could achieve such high xp per day.

Exactly, the temptation to use bots is unreal at their level of gaming, so there's no doubt in my mind they use bots.
