Always a chance of getting banned anywhere. Go for 99 fletch. Make bank, low banrate and easy cape.

I cooked shrimp on a nice warm fire and got banned after getting 2 cooking.

Every afk skill is high ban rate imo

ya got banned on 1800+ total main for cooking only did it for 1 night as well fml

Not for me - I bot at Nardah using the SDN script and I cooked 20,000 sharks with 2-3 hour breaks every 6 hours, didn't get banned.

Just take good breaks, it's a very fast skill anyway. Don't need to suicide it.
