60 attk/60 def/62 str

 

I am looking for good spots to train, I also would like help with PvM Gear.

 

Current Items:

Str Ammy

Leather Gloves

Full Rune (Just recently got 60 def)

D Long

Climber Boots

 

What is the best armour to wear currently, also what are some armors/items I shoud be working towards?

 

I am working on getting 43 pray so I can do Monkey Madness for the D Scim.

I suggest getting up your strength as high as possible, i got 80 with rock crabs. Then you should go do barbarian assault for a torso which is good a good item to have. Next should be a defender and you can those at the warriors guild but you need a combo of attk and str of 130 . You also dont really need 43 pray, you can safe spot the demon until low heath then go out and mage him. 

If you do get 43 prayer (it only costs like 200k) Then try completing the haunted mine quest.
Once you get the salve amulet, you can wear it for a 15% damage bonus against undead. I've been using that, at 78/78/78/78 combat, to get like 50k xp in the far southwest zombie room on the second level of the security stronghold. Using super attacks and strengths, of course.

I kind of wish I knew a better spot to use salve ammy tho, but there is never ANYBODY in that room.

EDIT: On monkey madness you can let all the gnomes attack the demon until he has like 10 hp and then you can run over and spec him.

Be careful tho, he hits like 30's and he will heal if a gnome gets the last hit on him.

Rock crabs

Barb assault, get a defender, and then a salve ammy for straning undead!! Thanks guys I now have a game plan! :P  As for the rock crabs comment, gee thanks for the tip....

personally I did experiments when I was your level. Then I moved on to yaks and got 99 str there before NMZ came out. Since NMZ i got a few levels there, got to 91 attack, then 91 - 99 in yaks again
