does your account get deleted from the game? ie. will it still appear on hiscores and friendslist?

It will not appear on the hiscores anymore if it's permanent. But you can still add the account on your friendslist.

When you get permanently banned, the account will be removed from the hiscores (not sure if deleted from friendliest too.

If you get a temporarily ban, you'll still be able to see yourself on hiscores/friendlist.

thats weird. i just got banned and my account doesnt appear on hiscores, nor on friendslist. i cant even login on homepage to check my infractions.
