Looking for G-Maul Pure Guide

I have found a lot of guides around but none with specifics about a g-maul pure.  I get the gist of the stats, but I was hoping for quest list/pk methods.  Whats the best hp?  Are there specific traning methods that are better than others?  I was thinking no prayer but is that a good idea?

it really isn't that hard get 10 attack 10 strenght then do waterfall quest then u can decide whether you'll do tree gnome village and the grand tree quest if yes get attack lvls with them you'll be around 47 then get 50 and there is your guide
