Whats up with this lol.. I've been getting Partyhats constantly. Got around 3 in 2 hours. And just finished getting another 1 in one hour. o.o

 

My first guess would be people aren't camping them as much anymore since they are getting harder to sell and they are like what? 1.5M ea now?
