what is currently the best item to alch so we lose the least amount of money? or is there a better weay to train mage for free-ish?

Willow long u's, maple longbows, yew longbows, magic longbows, green d'hide, fire runes. 

 

Maging NMZ is the best way to train atm I think. You won't lose money on it, because you can spend the points on a lot of things. And the XP/h is great, be fast before it will be nerfed. :D
