Client randomly freezes after 5 - 6 hours

Hey guys I have a VPS with 512mb of ram, And another bot runs perfectly fine on it with only 256mb of ram needed, but osbot freezes after 5-6 hours and someone told me it was a memory issue? What can I do to resolve this? Are there any fixes, or am I forced to upgrade to 1gb Vps?

Yes it is Linux, Debian to be exact.
