Watch vods, guides, streams, etc.If you really look at a pro game and you break down what they are doing, or maybe just pick up something small like a new jungle path, you'll slowly start to improve. It'll take a while, but if you put effort into becoming better and don't just mindlessly spam solo-q you'll see improvements, worked for me at least .
