Linux VPS are better than Windows. Linux takes less resources and is better adjustable than Windows. Linux VPS's also costs a lot less. You should look for CentOS VPS instead of Windows ones.

 

theyre bad...cant even run 1 bot for 6 hrs unless the client just freezes lol

the vps doesn't lag but the vnc viewer also it is shit to start/reboot and connect with putty if you have no knowledge 

(was my problem when i started with that)
