damn this is some hard times! start botting your ass off for 60 days and hope to make some good gp/hour! grow pot! there are new strains that grow within 60 days and yield around an ounce a plant. 

Apply for jobs everywhere, and do things to beef up your resume.

Another thing to do is start learning things online. Learn how to code, or get Microsoft Certified. Try to school yourself to get qualifications for a beginner job.
