We do not currently offer XEN, we will be offering XEN for our Windows VPS node which will be released next month. Location will be Ohio, US.

Could you provide a test IP? I'm taking a guess that this is another OVH host.

Our Linux node is OVH, we have one with Hetnzer as well. As I stated before in a previous post on this thread we will be collocating next month with our own hardware in Ohio, US which will be for our Windows node.

Yes thank you for finding the flaw in my post. My private node in Germany is 8C/16T. I will fix that up now.

 

I've used OVH over the past year for other things, I had one disk failure in that time and the response time was under 2 hours.

 

As for the customer data, if you are referring to credit card information we don't save it. If you are referring to their files, we back everything up every 24 hours to another server.

 

We will only be offering XEN/KVM with our Windows node which will be our own hardware.

I didn't claim my Hetzner machine has DDoS protection, if you noticed in my previous posts I said it was private, meaning It's for personal use or for my friends.
