Just gonna throw a random guess at this. But it looks like it's having trouble saving "random.dat" to "C:\Users\Cory\OSBot\data\" Try running as an Admin if you're using Windows Vista, 7, or 8.

It's not connecting to the driver or whatever.. I hate sql stuff..

I suppose it's possible that the bot failed to load  the SQLite dependency. But that shouldn't be happening. Is there anything else of interest in the log?
