No it's not illegal. 

 

There's a difference between legality and going against a game's rules. :lol:

It's against Runescape rules, but not against OSBots. If you do get caught by Jagex you will get a perm ban.

You get ripped off on those websites. You spend 0.60-0.80c extra per M than when buying on the forums or off other players.

 

 

It's illegal on RuneScape to buy GP, meaning you can get permabanned for it.  Not actually illegal, as in you can't get arrested.
