February 24, 201411 yr Was looking to make myself a fast pc to play games, watch movies, listen to music, do my homework on, etc. Silent, worry free lol What do you think about this one? Didn't want to have a shitty slow pc that couldnt run any games, etc, a nice pc that would run everygame atm, while chilling at times watching movies, and listening to music :P http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2YPf7
February 24, 201411 yr Looks pretty good, but I personally would spend a little bit more on the motherboard

February 24, 201411 yr http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131823 1. Power Phases - the more you have the more stable the overclock will be (and life of CPU kinda) 2. Memory speed Plus the Z77 chipset works fine with the E3 Ivy's. You wont be using any virtulization technology or anything so other server specific chipsets don't really matter. Wouldn't that help you with overclocking? Not much in improvement in performance.
