my subscription has expired and now I can no longer be VIP, because if I try to buy a new subscription it will say: "You have already purchased this item and it cannot be purchased again. A renewal invoice for your existing purchase was generated which has since expired. Please contact an administrator for assistance."

 

can an Admin or Mod please help me, because these ads are getting really annoying tongue.png

If you go to your name in the top right (right click on it) > Client Area > Invoices

You should maybe see the invoice in there, try cancelling it and then reordering :)
