How to avoid another ban?

Featured Replies

Hi, 2 weeks ago I received and 2 day ban for botting woodcutting (with a different websites bot) and then my friend referred me to os.

What should I do to avoid receiving another ban if I bot? I was told to change my IP address and clear my internet cache but I'm not sure if that'll make any difference on not

Any suggestions?

stop botting woodcutting. its the #1 watched place lol

ok thats why im 99 woodcutting from today :D

Changing your IP address may help temporarily, but the best way to avoid another ban is not to bot. tongue.png

I got a 2 day ban from agility without breaks. Then stopped agility and botted woodcutting with breaks, I'm at 96 woodcutting botting yews and haven't received anymore bans.

Breaks are a good way to avoid getting banned.

yes but are you botting yews?

yes i was botting yews, but now I'm not going to do it for goldfarming skills, more for magic / combat based and a few quest requirements

Take breaks and try use places that aren't so common like draynor village / catherby. That's why I don't bot woodcutting, the level of banhammer in that skill is too damn high D:
