Yes breaks make it appear more human, but you'll be caught either way. The game makers are always in favor of winning, they're bigger, have more resources and will eventually prevail.

 

Not too mentioned repeated actions day in day out, along with similar methods of solving randoms and everything else which isn't exactly managed individually.

 

Don't bot 24/7... Run your bot for 7-8 hours a day.  Any more and you'll get caught.
