i already updated java, reinstalled osbot etc. tho whenever i open the bot it says, "connecting to remote server" but then just fails and keeps retying.... please help asap.

And you've already tried deleting your OSBot folder?

 

If you've gone through all the standard protocols, there may be something on your end blocking the connection to the OSBot client. Try disabling all firewalls / antiviruses to see if that helps when loading the client.
