How does one get the "trade with caution" by their name, I don't want it just wondering how. Do they scam? or what

Most likely they have been reported with minimal proof to get them banned, attempted to scam, or has scammed and refunded cash after to get back into Osbot. 
Those are the ones I know, but it's not a good thing having that next to your name lol
