i am a dutch guy who dont have a credit card so i used ideal with money2 booking money to paypal account but still not able to pay for scripts , can somebody help me???

What is the error you get?

 

Did you try to buy a script that is recurring if so you need a credit card for that I think a simple solution would be to buy voucher credit here http://osbot.org/forum/store/gift-vouchers/ and apply it then buy anything you'd like.
