okay i just noticed this part in the forums and im wondering, are there people on here that get fire capes for people? can i trust these people? and can you pay in 07 gp? if so how much per cape? 
ive never been able to complete it in the old days, just started 07 two months ago, i dont think my account is quite ready just yet to take on jad. so yeah if someone could answer those questions that would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the service section...alot of people do firecapes...cost would depend on your stats.If they've got alot of posts and alot of feedback you can trust em..Just read thru the comments....Heres the service section http://osbot.org/forum/forum/31-services/    if you want more trusted people try the verified service section.

I can assure you there is a surplus amount of users you can trust on OSBot with your RuneScape credentials.

Yes people get firecapes here, you can't trust just anyone you have to look for people with many positive feedback (green). The more the more services he has completed previously so therefore he would be more liable then others. There's always a risk of scamming involved, however if you use the verified section in the service section, there is a smaller chance of you getting scammed. Many services accept either 07GP or Paypal. Goodluck.

Jad's actually really easy, wouldn't pay for a service. just imo

check the services forums, and make sure you look for positive feedbacks (usually 20+) if you are trusting them with gear.
